These are the offer terms for Bright Line Outbound LLC, a scheduling and marketing service for independent NC commercial insurance agencies. Bright Line is not an insurance agency or producer.
Free month
For independent North Carolina commercial insurance agencies: 10 checked, renewal-timed accounts in your region every Monday for 4 weeks, free. No client list or commitment is needed, and the 40 accounts stay yours. The free month includes accounts; meeting booking is available through Booking or Package.
Leads
10 checked accounts in your region every week for $199/month.
Booking
$300 per held meeting during the pilot, then $2,000/month. Bright Line calls owners ahead of workers’ comp renewal, books renewal-review meetings on your calendar with a short account brief, and follows up with owners who are not ready yet.
Package
Booking with the weekly accounts included.
Your region and service
One agency per region. Month-to-month. Contact Bright Line with your county to check regional availability and discuss the service that fits your agency.
We also call businesses in your region directly. When an owner asks to speak with an agent, we bring that introduction to you first.
Requests
The form requests a free month and next steps by email. It does not collect payment.
Records and meetings
Renewal timing comes from public NC Industrial Commission records, which are not proof of coverage and may lag. Permits, contract awards and expansions come from public records; staff growth comes from public federal retirement-plan filings.
Bright Line’s calls only arrange meetings and follow up on timing. They never discuss coverage, prices, carriers or policy terms. Your agency’s licensed producer runs the insurance review. No meeting volume or business outcome is guaranteed.
